ABOUT HILDA
Born in 1959 at Costa Rica, grew up at a Ranch helping mom cooking for a family of ten and five others that use to help Dad in the field to seed and sold veggies and fruits. Also animals, milk and cheese, from fourteen to eighteen years of age helped at a small cafeteria that one of her sisters and parents won partnership. During vacations she enjoys visiting the family and cook for big events like theirs weddings or Birthdays. Loves exercise, ride horses, walk around the rivers, enjoy the fresh air, sing in the choir at church, and cook at home to stock in the freezer.

ACERCA DE HILDA
Naci en 1959 en Costa Rica, creci en el Rancho, ayudando a cocinar para una familia de dies ms cinco yudantes que su papa contrataba para que ayudaran a sembrar, recoger y vender vegetales, fruta, animales, etc. De la edad de 14 a 18 aos ayud al manejo de una cafetera de donde sus paps y una hermana eran miembros. En sus vacaciones le encanta visitar su familia, cocinar para sus eventos como matrimonios y cumpleaos. Tambin le encanta el ejercicio, cabalgar, caminar alrededor de los ros, disfruta el aire fresco, cantar en el coro de la Iglesia y cocinar para guardar en el frisador.

From 14 year of age to 18 helped at a small cafeteria that one of the sisters and parents won partnership, that city is now under water because a big Lake being made over it, during vacations loves to visit family but also enjoy quite after work, so not to social person, during free time loves to visit the zoo, ride horses, walk around the rivers, enjoy the fresh air, the smell of mountains, to sing, think, write and cook at home to stocked in the freezer for the rest of the week. When travel loves to cook for family including big events like weddings, or Birthdays.

    1 platain

    ½ cup of refry beans

    ¼ cup of sour cream

    1 teaspoon of olive oil

    Cut the platain in half and then slice into 3 slices each half. In a frying pan, add the oil and fry it

    Till brown both sides, served with the beans and sour cream.

    MEXICAN BREAKFAST

    3 tortillas

    3 eggs

    ½ cup of refry beans

    ¼ cup of sour cream

    1 tomato

    1 Cerrano pepper

    Sprinkles of cheese

    Stem the tomato, chili, onion, and then blend it

    In a frying pan, sauté the tortillas, fry the eggs and por it over the tortillas, add the salsa en cheese, serve it with the beans and sour cream.

    AMERICAN BREAKFAST

    2 eggs

    1 teaspoon of onion

    1 teaspoon of oil

    1 or 2 slices of toasted bread

    3 slices of bacon

    ½ cup of potatoes Peel, wash and chop the potatoes, then sauté and cover it till tender, add the onions, toast the bacon, fry the eggs or scramble and serve it with the bacon and toast.

    COMBO BREAKFAST

    2 sausages

    1 slice of ham

    2 slices of bacon

    ¼ shreaded potatoes

    ½ onions

    2 eggs

    1 or 2 slices of bread

    ½ oil

    In a frying pan at medium high sauté de potatoes till tender and Brown both sides, make the bacon, sausages and ham, serve with scramble or fry eggs and toast of bread.

    PANCAKES

    3 eggs

    ½ cup of brown sugar

    2 cups all purpose flour

    1 cup wiping cream

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    ½ cup buter

    Mix the eggs, buter, zugar and baking powder then
