Introduction

Before conceiving the idea of writing this book i have always been asking myself many questions. We all know that we human beings are walking question marks looking for answers to our questions. I keep wondering and asking myself while some people make it in this life while others lie dead throughout their entire stay on earth.

Everybody wants to live a fulfilled life but they do not know how to go about it. The secrets to achieve this lie in front of them but they do not see it and keep moving from east from west ,north to south looking for solutions. They have blamed the devil too much and made him so popular for no reason and he has no legal territory.

Why are people willing to give only when they realize that their days on earth are coming to an end? Why do they also want to receive more without giving more?

It takes me heart to accept. Many people are just existing and not living. People are breathing and living a hand to mouth with no full control of their lives. If we could think for a second that we are gifted and have all the resources in front of us . Ask yourself if you are fulfilling any dream, enjoying some full happiness or you are in a trap of poverty.

The lines you are about to discover in this book will be a new start and nothing to do with your old past. This is a great manual that will change your boring routine to a better passion and a life of your dream. It is an opportunity to enjoy the meaning of life and enjoy what is in front of you. This book without doubt will be another opportunity for you to invest in yourself. Remember what is in your head nobody can take it away from you. CHAPTER ONE

PUTTING GOD FIRST

The key to having God’s abundant life is keeping Him in His rightful place in our priorities Joyce Meyer.

Life places before us hundred of possibilities but each of us must decide what priority takes place in our life. We are continuously distracting ourselves from the truth because we have many things out there we worship and put an excessive amount of time into.

Some put their job or profession first. Yes this is true for a Christian to work as it is Gods command but your employment ought to see in you and never your job or business to come first in your life. Some put accumulation of wealth first and spend their life and energy gaining and acquiring wealth and finally lose their sense of God. These things are all titled lifeless things and the more we seek them the less the things of God we can see. Others put pleasures first .God is not opposed to a person having a good time and enjoying life but pleasure should not come before God. This is very clear when Jesus declared that the kingdom of God should be seek first and His righteousness. Some people put families first . Don’t get me wrong here. Family is good but we have to remember our creator.

Our souls are at stake .We need to make it a goal to have a deep and intimate relationship with God. We should be very far from validation and answers from people around us. Just like God instructed Abraham to be living and walking with Him, we too also have to emulate Abraham by establishing daily habits of prayer, worship and spending considerable time in the His word.

Put God first in everything you do. Everything that you see in me, everything that I have accomplished ,everything that you think i have and i have a few things. Everything that i have is by the grace of God. Understand that .It is a gift These are the words of celebrity American actor Denzel Washington who is also a producer. This was the core and principal statement of his address delivered at Dillard university in 2015.

He is also winner of Golden Globe awards and Academy awards.

God first motto of Presbyterian Secondary School MANKON Cameroon where i studied and obtained my G.C.E ordinary level.

In God we trust motto of America that became a law in 1956.

When Ray Kroc founder of Mc DONNALDS fast food chain was asked his three priorities in life he responded God, Family and Mc DONNALDS but it did not end there. He added . But when i get to the office i reverse the order. This is a life of freedom but slavery to another god. Mathew 10; 37—39 says " Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me ;anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and anyone who does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

I appreciate the effort of folks who keep the commandment of putting God first because it is the most effective thing to do. They know this is a fulfilled life and the keys to the warehouse of heaven. Look at the life of Denzel Washington loaded with success .America is the most powerful nation in the world because they are under the canopy of God their priority number one. Not to talk of PSS MANKON where I graduated whose results have always been the desire of any college. Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight NIV BIBLE. So in everything that you do put God first and He will direct you and crown your effort with success. God has loaded us with gifts right from the time of creation to advance His kingdom but at times the false god in our mind allows us to live in rebellion. This makes me sick and tired because we need to learn how to put God first. The original decision is that if you have not chosen the kingdom of God first it will in the end make no difference what you have chosen. If you are seeking life, give God the first part of your day, priority to every decision, the first place in your heart and you will never be last .Remember and make this your daily goal.

When you put or seek God first in your daily pursuits it means He is placed in front of you and nothing stops you to become the winner you were born to be. Momentum is automatically downloaded from the heavenly tank to keep you moving. While the little world might be laughing at you, the sure thing is that the big one will gather and clap for you when you cross the finish line. I am not talking here of positive thinking because it only helps you do everything than negative thinking. We are talking here of listening to the messages sent to you by God and let them be part of you. So put God ahead of you. Cement that decision and be committed.

Donald Trump is a Presbyterian. He says Jesus is somebody he can think about for security and confidence. To him God is somebody he can totally rely on in his mind. This accurate positioning of God first placed in his schedule has rendered him countless victories and the most powerful and broad asset column you can think of.

Sylvester Stallone just three days before the rocky fight took a smart decision of putting God first in the project. What he did was linking himself with ex fighters that read the scriptures .What was the result? His eyes widened. God gave him a fresh victory and something we still talk about until today. God was ahead of him and things were made easier for him than he ever thought. You too are no exemption.

Celebrity billionaire Oprah Winfrey with her popular I SURRENDER ALL lyrics gave her first priority to God and that is where she focused her all. She never knew this powerful decision was in alignment with God’s plans for her. She received a wakeup call that Stephen Spielberg was waiting in his office to meet her in person. There it all continued to the movie The color purple her debut as Sofia before she latter went on screen in 1985.God propelled her to the next level by breathing in the direction of her dreams and putting pressure on the people He knew had what is hers.

We encounter a series of dilemmas because our priorities are mixed up. If we will need to make a difference in the world today we have to refuse to compromise and put God
