Vinos biodinámicos, ecológicos y naturales, cultivados y elaborados desde hace más de 35 años por Friedrich Schatz en la Finca La Sanguijuela, Sierra de Ronda, Málaga. La naturaleza al poder en este hermoso paraje rodeado de la Sierra de Grazalema y de la Sierra de las Nieves. Una meseta situada a 700 metros de altitud fue la elegida para las desconocidas uvas lemberger y muskattrollinger.

Malaga does not live from the Costa del Sol alone. Less than 50 kilometres inland from Marbella lies the lovely ancient city of Ronda. Fascination and surprises. It is surrounded by valleys and gorges, mountains and hills. This area was covered in vines until the advent of phylloxera, which came up through Southern Spain via Malaga, having arrived by boat from the U.S. in the 1870s. The more than 12,500 hectares of vines growing in the area at the time were virtually wiped out. It was the end of the winegrowing era in Ronda and its hillsides. Now all that remained was tourism.

But salvation arrived in 1982. And it came in the form of a foreigner, a young German from Baden-Württenberg, near Stuttgart, by the name of Friedrich Schatz. He was only 18 years old at the time and
