Kate Mosse es una escritora británica que además trabaja como productora para la BBC. En 1996 publicó su primera novela, Eskimo Kissing, tras las que vendrían Crucifix Lane (1998) y su gran éxito Laberinto (2005). Con esta última le llegó el reconocimiento internacional, fue traducida a 37 idiomas y vendida a más de 40 países. En 2009 Suma de Letras publicó SEPULCRO, con una edición de lujo y una gran acogida de la crítica y lectores. Kate Mosse ganó el premio British Book 2005 y en el año 2000 recibió el premio European Women for Achievement por su contribución a las artes.
