Professional sommelier since 2006, he began his career as a sommelier at the Moo restaurant (1* Michelin) in Barcelona. He has also worked for the Ritz Carlton in Spain and Chile as a sommelier and maître d'. Sommelier and Director of beverages in the Santi Taura Group. Balearic Islands Sommelier Champion 2008.
