PALOMINO
The Palomino or Palomino Fino is one of the most internationally recognised and appreciated grape varieties of Southern Europe. It makes up 95% of the vineyards planted in Jerez, but you may be surprised to find it in other locations in Spain such as Extremadura, Galicia, Cantabria and Castilla y León. In the Canary Islands, it goes by the name of Listan Blanco.
The history of Jerez spans not just generations but civilisations.
