Finca Los Hoyales is the Cruz de Alba winery’s most recent project. It is produced according to biodynamic agriculture principles, i.e. agriculture based on the movements of the stars and their relationship with the Earth, and without the use of any phytosanitary products since 2006, allowing the vines to grow in a balanced and healthy manner.
