Ossian was the first winery that showedcould and should work organically with the Verdejo varietal in Rueda, although today it is outside the designation of origin. Its vocation for innovation made Ossian a pioneer winery, starting initiatives to learn more about the variety and coming up with new ways of exploring its essence, its potential and its versatility. This took them down other paths, outside the established norms.
