Kim Mitzo Thompson, President of Twin Sisters® Digital Media™, is a song writer, record producer, and author of thousands of educational and inspirational products for children spanning over 36 years. Kim graduated from The University of Akron with a Master of Science degree in “Integrating the Arts in the Elementary School Curriculum” in 1986. Her teaching degree has enabled her to write, produce, and create educational and inspirational products for children worldwide. Kim has been a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Recording Academy and a voting member since 1992. She believes in Academy’s mission of fostering artistic and technical excellence, preserving historically significant musical works, and reaching young minds through the GRAMMY® Foundation. Kim is a proud mom of Austin, Morgan, and Bailey who enjoys yoga, writing children’s books, and cooking. She loves to spend time with her husband, Scott, and enjoys hanging out with her two dogs.
