After graduation, he started working as a computer operator at IBM Canada Ltd. While at IBM, Carlo obtained his bachelor of business management degree in 1991.
Carlo left IBM in 1994 to pursue a career as an independent consultant and performed the function of ITIL process consultant, senior business consultant, senior project manager and held staff management positions.
As an ITIL process consultant, Carlo implemented many ITIL processes, of which the ITIL Change Management Process is but just one. Based on the implementation activities, Carlo has experience in knowing what works and what does not work and why it does not work and what needs to be adjusted.
