His unique life compositions will evoke feelings from sadness and anger, to tenderness and outright hilarity. Whether he is addressing life in general, discussing politics, religion, giving advice, or relating his strong devotion to family and friends, you will find something in his world of rhythm and rhyme to touch your soul.
Reared on a small working farm in Southwestern Ohio, where he still resides today, Tom now works as a groundskeeper and handyman, feeling fortunate to be able to work outside. He has an intimate relationship with Mother Nature, both at work and at play, mastering over the years since early childhood the arts of hunting, trapping, and fishing to help put food, as well as money on the table. Tom and his wife Sue have two sons and a daughter, all with families of their own. He considers his family, in-laws included, as his greatest treasure and pleasure.
With his free time, Tom likes to play with his rhymes and share them with family and friends. He would like others to avoid the mistakes he has made, and he tries to soothe the misfortunes and problems of others, when they occur. He also writes to either praise or tease his friends, and sometimes, just to make them laugh. Many of his friends, written for and about in this collection, have passed on - hopefully to a better place.ver menos
