He has always had an interest in the field of marine biology and dolphins since attaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Upon hearing and reading about the pink dolphins of Asia, Dr. Tobet traveled to Hong Kong to visit the dolphins in their natural habitat and interview researchers there. Witnessing the beautifully bright pink dolphins of Hong Kong and the challenges they are facing inspired Dr. Tobet to help save the endangered pink dolphins of the world and make these unique animals the symbols for global environmental change. It is his hope that this book will educate and inspire children and, in turn, their parents to take action to help save the pink dolphins of the world, which will also help to save ourselves in the process.ver menos
