In 1974 he became executive chef and worked in Columbia S.C.; Atlanta, GA and Memphis, TN. He also worked as food service director at Bishop College in Dallas TX southern university of New Orleans, Tuskegee institute in Alabama and Denmark tech in South Carolina.
A chef that lead and cook with a strong passion to please his guest. He has taken that passion and created his first book from a hobby he started in the early seventies.ver menos
