Joy has spent the past five years working with child victims of abuse and neglect, including children that have been placed in foster care. Joy has worked with abused children as a victim advocate, court appointed special advocate (CASA), and forensic interviewer. Her first book, Lily Meets Her CASA, explores the world of the child in foster care and the importance of the CASA Volunteer. Look for the sequel in late 2015. Joy currently resides on the Western Slope of Colorado with her four children and four dogs.ver menos
