In 1984, Pasquale moved to northern Italy where he started and perfected his culinary career. Then in 1992 he married an Italian-American and moved to upstate New York. In the summer of 1993, he and his wife opened a restaurant in Albany, New York. Then in the summer of 1997, Chef Pasquale moved back to northern Italy with his wife and 2 children, where they have opened their own restaurant, half an hour outside of Milan.
Pasquale puts creativity and passion into creating his dishes. Pasquale's wife says that he can create a meal out of practically nothing. Pasquale has decided to write this cookbook, filled with simple and quick recipes because he believes that everyone should experience the joys of cooking.
