I've tried to recall some of those things, and explore them in my novels of historical fiction.My love of field ecology began on the Big Island of Hawaii, and exploring with my classmates at University of Hawaii, and then at Western Washing University.I studied Sports Medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Beijing Sports UniversityI received my Masters in Education at Texas State UniversityI've taught science in various parts in the world, Asia, East Asia, and South America, and here in the United States, and I've watched as the ecological problems here and abroad have gotten worse over the past 50 years. The series of stories, Mother Nature has a Problem, is my way of drawing attention to these problems in a fanciful way, so that both children, and adults who read them with their children, and grandchildren, can talk about these problems and come closer to solving them.ver menos
