Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, Zandra is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Herzing University, with a vision to further expand her role in nursing leadership, education, and clinical excellence. In addition to her nursing career, she holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which has strengthened her expertise in healthcare operations, leadership decision-making, management, and quality improvement.
