Throughout my journey, life has had its ups and downs with regards to how I handled my health situation, for which psychiatrists have classified me as having unbalanced mood swings. Although that is nicely termed, the actual label is Bipolar Type 1 or Manic Depression. It is a mental health issue. There are always positive solutions to every negative problem we encounter. The point is, how far do we want to go to stop it from reoccurring? How do we help ourselves with all the programs and information we can get by being an outpatient, going through day clinic programs to reverse all the negative thinking, words, and actions? How far do we go to prevent stress from occurring in our lives before we get to a breaking point? I write this to help individuals suffering from mental and emotional disorders. These are due to a chemical imbalance in our brain cells that lead to mental health problems. This is why we all need to learn how to handle stress before it gets to us.ver menos
