Phil then at...ver másPhil Running Bear started his teenage life as an emancipated minor in Hollywood, California, where he worked with the stuntman of the year for three years in the 80’s. Phil then attended Le Cordon Bleu and earned his culinary degree. He has been an Executive and Corporate Chef. He worked in Glacier Park and at a Posh resort in Death Valley, California. He also worked for the El Tovar Hotel at the Grand Canyon. Phil worked as a General Manager, having been in charge of as many as 40 restaurants at one point in his life. Phil worked for Marriott Hotels as a Chef and took part in an employee exchange with Euro Disney where he worked outside of Paris in a restaurant called the Blue Bayou. He ran a successful online business after taking Business Management in College at the age of forty. He arrived DOA at a Las Vegas hospital where his heart was stopped for 25 minutes before being resuscitated. Phil has written over 200 songs of which one was performed by Tom Petty in the late 80’s. He plays guitar, harmonica and keyboards. He has very talented children that all play instruments and sing very well. Phil enjoys writing westerns as he loves the stories by the old western authors.ver menos
