Having suffered from mental illness during her teenage years and early twenties, she now works tirelessly to promote good mental health through the YouTube channel, Hope with Mental Health, which she created with her twin sister, Charlotte. She enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her close-knit family and friends whose love kept her going through her darkest times.
