So, what is he commissioned to do? He believes strongly, “to keep them honest” (AC 360). God will always provide a way out and will always raise someone up from among His people. Why? There are many that are not reaping the benefits of His promises, because they do not fully understand. What is he saying? The Holy Ghost sent Phillip to meet up with the Eunuch, and he asked him, do you understand what you read?
