I'm no good at fighting but I love it and my passion for strength & conditioning and health has merged with the ultimate goal of fight performance and helping my clients achieve greatness!
My journey with strength training and martial arts started at similar times with the classic copious amounts of push-ups and sit-ups on my bedroom floor as a young kid and picking up my first barbell as a 12 year old in my fathers shed.
Martial arts started with the Samurai art of Japanese jiu-jitsu and soon also taking up judo and having my first MMA fight at 17 with no striking training and managing to win simply off fitness and repeat judo throws. I've fought professionally in MMA and Muay Thai but never intended to take these any further, I just find continually training is not only is fun and great stress relief but gives me a better insight into the consistently developing world of fighting and allows me to continue to develop my protocols.
I've been down the road of formal education and learnt what I needed to learn but found my time in the trenches and doing what I love has been my true education and I continue to learn every week and aim to give my best to my readers as I have a lot of pride in my name!ver menos
