Since 1996 she has owned her own consulting company and trains school, church, and organizational personnel. She has served on several boards and presents at local, state, and national conferences. In 2007 she was named the Texas Staff Developer of the Year. Ginger’s professional mission is to inspire and equip learning leaders who impact our children and our future.
Ginger’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in history and English education from Hardin Simmons University, a master’s degree in history and geography from West Texas A&M University, and a mid– management administrator’s certification from WTAMU.
