Letcher holds an MA in Philosophy with interdisciplinary studies in Egyptology from San Francisco State University, and is a longtime explorer and practitioner of the holistic arts. Beginning at a early age, her interest in ancient cultures and holistic philosophy led her to live in India to study a form of raja yoga, while her fascination with the symbolic language of the psyche later drew her to Jungian psychology, psychosynthesis, and multicultural studies in art history. Her prior company Integrated Wellness Programs, provided practical methods for enhancing well-being in body, mind and emotions via massage therapy, dance, fitness and stress management classes, to individuals and corporate clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Drawing upon personal and professional experience, varied training and formal academic studies, she now dedicates her time to writing, continued research and developing educational materials designed to contribute to the re-emergence of holistic thinking.
