Dr. Eckleberry received his B.S. and Masters degrees from Armstrong Atlantic Community College, Savannah, Georgia; an Educational Specialist degree from Valdosta State College, Valdosta, Georgia; and a PhD degree in Church Administration from Trinity Theological Seminary, Newberg, Indiana.
