In addition to their traditional medical training and practice, they each have completed two-year fellowships in integrative medicine with Andrew Weil, MD, at the University of Arizona. Kathryn also practices mindfulness-based stress reduction and meditation with Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Shawn is finishing his PhD in mind-body medicine at Saybrook University under Dr. James Grodon.
