We are all in a mental lockdown: looking for ways to get out, searching for happiness with all of the restrictions and turmoil. Our hero,Juan Durer, is on a quest: What kind of Monster will he become just in order to find Happiness? What kind of Monster would you become? Or are you already one? In which case, are you happy?
As background, I am a native Californian, a Gemini,and the proud father of two terrific people, Sara and Walker. I am an award-winning documentarian, producer and writer. My most recent piece, prior to "modern malice: the Hallways", is a teleplay for a pilot called "Going Around in Circles: Life as Seen from Inside A Goose". It's the story of a single parent, driving a tour bus, trying to successfully raise his son, while hoping that someday he can get back to the life he once enjoyed. It finished 4th out of 800 in the Pilot Category at the 2008 Scriptapalooza Writing Competition and is currently in development with a name actor and will be shot entirely on location in Colorado.ver menos
