She believes in patient knowledge and individualised care. She looks at health problems from all angles - from a Western, pharmaceutical and doctor-focused viewpoint to remedies stemming from Eastern (mainly Chinese and Ayurvedic) perspectives. Results are the primary aim - what gets patients the most satisfactory result, faster, cheaper and better than the alternative? She has no vested interest in any of the solutions, but relies in her research capabilities as a lawyer to arrive at the best results. Her favourite motto is "Never underestimate the Power of a Vested Interest" and this underlies her belief that no-one cares as much about your illness or wants to resolve it more than you - and this is powerful.
