I’m an author, storyteller, dancer & speaker. My work explores transformation, spirituality, coming of age & the power of imagination.
When I’m not writing, I’m teaching. I give talks & workshops that encourage women look at the beliefs they have about who they are so they can show up more fully in their lives. Experience changes us all the time- it’s easy to get lost or forget who we really are.
One of the things I like best about teaching is it’s a back & forth process- a constant work in progress that always reminds me how deeply we sometimes have to live to appreciate the subtle & how we all want to live our lives in our own voice...our real one.ver menos
