Foye Brewer was born in Crescent, Oklahoma, but left
there as a young child and moved with her parents first to Hawaii, then to
Virginia, then to Japan, where she graduated from hi...ver másFoye Brewer was born in Crescent, Oklahoma, but left
there as a young child and moved with her parents first to Hawaii, then to
Virginia, then to Japan, where she graduated from high school. She and her family moved on to the
Philippines, then to Taiwan, where Foye left the family and returned to the
United States. She took college courses
throughout the years, finally achieving her BS degree in Business in 1980 while
working with the U. S. Army in Italy.
Her career, as a civilian employee, with the U. S. Army took her to
several different countries and finally culminated in Virginia. After retiring from Federal service and
settling in the Northern Virginia area, Foye decided to dedicate her time and
energy to writing stories for her family and particularly her grandchildren.
She has written the story of the early years of her mother’s life and has also
completed three books about the escapades of her little Chihuahua mix dog,
Peanut. However, the story that is
close to Foye’s heart is the book she wrote about Ste Foy of Conques for her
granddaughter, Tiffany Foye.ver menos
